All illustrations are individually hand-drawn, making every design completely unique.

🖋️ How It Works

1. Purchase your print in your preferred size.

2. Within 24 hours, I’ll get in touch via email to discuss your design. Between 8-10 favourites work best.

3. Once all images are agreed upon, I’ll begin your artwork. The design process takes around 2–3 weeks.

4. You’ll receive a preview of your final design to ensure you’re happy. Small changes can be made at this stage.

5. Once approved, your design is sent to print and then delivered straight to your door.

🕒 Turnaround & Delivery

• Design creation: 1–2 weeks after we’ve finalised your list. Please note this could increase to 2-3 weeks during busy periods.

• Processing & printing: 2–4 days after the final image is agreed.

• Delivery: 2–3 days (UK).

• In total, your custom print will usually arrive within about a week after design approval.

💡 Good to Know

• No complex imagery please — no people, pets or scenery. If you’d like something like this included, please email me before purchasing to discuss.

• If you’d like more than 10 items, please email before ordering. A few extras can be added for £2 per item.

• Unfortunately, because this item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives faulty. If this happens, please message us within 14 days.

• Backgrounds are fully customisable, and you will be asked for your preferred background colour choice.

• Everything else, such as colour palette, reference images and item details, will be discussed during the email process to ensure your artwork is perfectly personalised.

Please have as much information as possible ready for my initial email, as this helps the design process run smoothly and ensures your artwork is created exactly as you imagine.
